For the vast majority of questions or concerns, we recommend that you first reach out to your Project Manager by emailing support@tellwell.ca, or booking a call with them using their calendar link. As the person most familiar with your project, they will be your best bet for help with any issues that may arise over the course of the publishing process. In the rare case that they can't resolve your issue, your Project Manager will be sure to put you in touch with management when appropriate.
We also recognize that there may be times when it is most appropriate to raise a concern or file a complaint directly with management.
If you would like to escalate an issue in order to reach a manager, please simply email help@tellwell.ca and the manager best able to help you will reply to you with a solution—in most cases within 24 hours. We are always working to improve our services, and we welcome your feedback.
