- Please note that we can only send each royalty payment to one person/organization, we can not split up payments to more than one payee.

- Providing the Necessary Documents: In the event of the author's passing, the individual designated to receive the royalties should email the following documents to legal@tellwellpublishing.com:
- A copy of the death certificate of the author.
- Notarized reassignment of rights, which can be part of the will or a separate legal document explicitly transferring the royalty rights.
