To view a record of your royalties earned to date, please log in to your Octavo account, and click the Royalties tab.
Royalties that have already been paid are summarized under the Payouts tab.
All previously released monthly sales reports are summarized under the Monthly Reports tab.
For authors on one of our two Managed Distribution programs, we send out two sales reports via email around the 15th of each month, a preliminary and a final sales report. Please note that we do not send out sales reports if no sales were made in the month being reported, however the record of zero sales will be visible on Octavo.
The preliminary sales report will contains sales figures for Ingram and Amazon/Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP)—our two major channels which includes all Paperback, Hardcover and Kindle ebook sales—for the previous month (i.e. February for your March 15th report).
The final sales report will contain sales for 2 months prior (e.g., January for your March 15th report) from all channels, those contained on the preliminary report plus the Kobo and Smashwords channels if they are included in your distribution package.
Tellwell sales reports break down sales by distribution channel and currency. The distributors release this information monthly, anywhere from a week to 30 days after the end of each month of sales, depending on the company. The information is then processed on our end, and then we send out the individual sales reports to our authors.

Under Tellwell's Managed Distribution programs, you will receive your royalty payments quarterly, 45 days after the end of each quarter in which Tellwell receives payment from the distributor, provided that you meet the cumulative unpaid royalty threshold ($85 or $100 depending on whether you are signed up for Managed Distribution 85 or 100, respectively).
